Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation is practiced in numerous religious traditions
In guided meditation, our practice is shaped by another person’s voice. Because the mind has a tendency to wander where it will, many of us find it easier to focus and relax when our minds aren’t entirely left to their own devices. This form of meditation is often led by a (real live) guide in group settings, or by recordings presented on apps, podcasts, videos, CDs, etc.

Rome wasn't built in a day, right? No reason to push yourself but I am sure that you will start feeling the results after 5 times of meditating with me. I will teach you how to meditate when you are alone and especially when you are stressed.
I got you! It took me years to be able to meditate myself. Give yourself time. I will guide you based on your needs.
I would suggest to stay silent and allow yourself to get into the guided meditation.
NO! You don't have to be religious to join our classes. We respect everyone and all religions. Yoga with Nadia will make you feel relax and stress free. You will learn how to handle challenging situations without panicking. You will learn how to control and move your body.
Our thoughts cannot harm us, they are just thoughts. Allow tp your mind to "flow" around the thoughts. It is fascinating when you can see your thoughts and smile.
